Alex has been working at San Rufos ever since the doors first opened, his passion for cooking came originally from his father.
His aim is a simple one, to ensure each guest enjoys not only the food but also the service and atmosphere.

It is not unusual for the starts to come and dine with us, many celebrities who perform at Butlins Skegness drop by for a bite to eat on their way past.
